Arrival Policy - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Your confirmed appointment time is the time your service begins. Arriving early allows time for any remaining paperwork, restroom use, or changing into a robe before your treatment starts. We also invite you to enjoy a few quiet moments in our relaxation room to decompress, unwind, and settle into your Hygge experience without feeling rushed.
Cancellation Policy - We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a
cancellation fee.
Children Policy - To preserve a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children remain at home unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
